How do I get started?

You can begin with a single class or take advantage of our 14-day unlimited intro offer. This gives you the chance to experience the studio, explore the different classes, and find your rhythm before committing to a monthly plan. Not sure? Reach out to us before your first booking and we'll point you in the right direction.

I've never done Pilates before. Can I still join a class?

Absolutely. At Seven Studio, we welcome complete beginners. Our classes are designed with newcomers in mind, and our instructors cue every movement so you always know what to do and why. No experience, no problem.

What should I wear and bring to my first class?

Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended in the studio and are available for purchase at the front desk if you don't have a pair.

How early should I arrive for my first session?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your first class. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and have a quick chat with your instructor about any questions or physical considerations before the session begins.

Are classes suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes. Each class at Seven Studio is designed to be accessible while still being challenging. Instructors offer modifications and progressions within every session, so whether you're just starting out or already training regularly, you'll find the right level of work.

What is Seven Studio?

Seven Studio is a boutique mat-based studio in Belgrade offering Pilates and sculpt classes for all levels. We keep our classes small, our programming structured, and our approach intentional. Every session is designed to build real strength, body awareness, and consistency over time.

What equipment do you use?

All classes at Seven Pilates & Sculpt are mat-based. No reformers or large apparatus. Just your mat, your body, and focused programming that delivers results without the equipment dependency.

How do I book a class?

You can book directly through our website at sevenstudio.rs or by reaching out to us directly. An app is coming soon for even easier booking on the go.

What membership and pricing options are available?

We offer a range of options to suit different schedules and commitment levels. You can start with a single class, try our 14-day unlimited intro offer, or choose from a variety of class packs and memberships.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your class with no penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will be counted as a used class.

Do unused classes roll over if I don't use them all?

Memberships at Seven Studio are valid for 35 days. Any unused classes expire at the end of the membership period and do not roll over, so we recommend choosing a plan that fits your realistic weekly schedule.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. Private sessions are available at Seven Studio for clients who want one-on-one coaching, personalised programming, or a more focused introduction to the method. Reach out to us directly to arrange a session.
