These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website at www.sevenpilates.rs ("Website") and the services provided by Seven Pilates & Sculpt d.o.o. ("Studio", "we", "us" or "our"), registered and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

By accessing our Website, purchasing a class pack, booking a class, or using our services in any other way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

We offer group Pilates and sculpt training classes at our Belgrade studio, including but not limited to:

• Reformer Pilates classes
• Mat and sculpt classes
• Intro sessions and class packs

All classes are subject to availability and instructor scheduling. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule classes at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

Classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system or mobile app. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid class pack credit.

We require cancellations to be made at least 12 hours before the start of class. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the class credit.

We reserve the right to remove a client from the booking system in the event of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

If the Studio cancels a class, you will receive a full credit to your account. We are not responsible for transportation costs, lost time, or any other expenses incurred as a result of a class cancellation.

Class packs can be purchased in person at the studio by cash or card, or via a payment link. All prices are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD) in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

We offer prepaid class packs only. All packs are valid for 35 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of the 35-day period and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Refunds are granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a serious injury supported by medical documentation). Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email within 14 days of the date of purchase. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Serbian consumer protection law.

By booking a class you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to participate and that you have informed the instructor prior to class of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. You participate in all classes at your own risk.

If you have a pre-existing health condition, are pregnant, or have recently undergone surgery or sustained an injury, you must consult a qualified medical professional before participating. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we believe may be at risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by Serbian law, the Studio will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or illness arising from participation in our classes or use of our premises, unless caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

By entering the studio, you agree to the following:

• Arriving no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time. Entry after this time may be refused.
• Wearing appropriate clean sportswear and grip socks (mandatory for Reformer classes).
• Respectful conduct toward instructors, staff, and other clients. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the studio and cancellation of all unused credits without refund.
• No food or glass containers inside the studio.
• Mobile devices must be silenced during class.
• Informing the instructor of any injuries or concerns before class begins.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any person from the studio at our discretion.

All content on our Website and marketing materials, including the brand name Seven Pilates & Sculpt, logo, class names, images, and written content, is the property of the Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our content without prior written permission is not permitted.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms, and in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia ("LPDP"). By using our services you consent to the processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for managing bookings, communicating with you regarding your account, and improving our services.

You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We do not guarantee that the Website will be available without interruption or errors. We reserve the right to suspend or shut down the Website at any time and without prior notice.

Links to third party websites are provided for convenience only. We have no control over these sites and accept no responsibility for their content.

These Terms are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.

We encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve any issues informally before initiating formal proceedings.
