Stories of Transformation

Starting is simple
How do I get started?
The easiest way is to fill in the form on our Book a Class page. Leave your name and number and our team will reach out shortly to help you find the right class and get you booked in.
How do I know which class is right for me?
Not sure where to begin? Our team will help you find the right class to start. Just reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Let us know before your first class and your instructor will offer modifications to keep you moving safely. Most of our classes can be adapted to accommodate common injuries or physical considerations. If you're unsure whether Seven Studio is suitable for your specific situation, reach out and we'll talk it through.
Can I try the studio before committing to a membership?
Yes. You can start with a single class or take advantage of our 14-day unlimited intro offer. Both options let you experience the studio and explore the class before choosing a monthly plan.
How often should I train per week?
We recommend starting with two to three classes per week. This gives your body enough time to recover between sessions while building the consistency needed to see real progress. As you settle into a routine, your instructor can help you adjust based on your goals and schedule.
