Training philosophy
The movement should be varied and multi-planar with breathing which has to be incorporated into body work. All movements are performed smoothly and in a coordinated manner through conscious muscle control.
Professional Background
Olga trained for over a decade in ballet and contemporary dance before discovering Pilates through her own recovery process. That personal experience gave her a deep understanding of how the body heals, adapts, and rebuilds. She is a certified Polestar Pilates instructor and has spent years teaching with a focus on functional strength and long-term body health. At Seven Studio she brings both technical knowledge and genuine empathy into every class she leads.

I love Olga's classes because she focuses on longevity, not just pushing you to exhaustion. She is incredibly warm, technical, and her love for dogs is the sweetest bonus! If you want a class that builds strength that actually lasts, she is the one.
