Stretching & Mobility
Full body work that lengthens what is tight and opens what is stiff, so the body moves freely again.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A slow, quiet class built on long holds and guided mobility work through the hips, shoulders, hamstrings and spine. Breath leads the pace. Props are used to support each position so you can stay in it long enough for something to change.
Who is it best for
- Anyone who feels stiff rather than sore
- Runners, lifters, and regulars in stronger classes
- Bodies that sit still for most of the day
- Anyone returning to movement after a long break
What you'll feel after
Longer. Lighter. Unwound.
What makes this class different
Stretching at the end of a workout is an afterthought. Here it is the whole hour. Time is the active ingredient, and there is enough of it to reach the tissue that quick stretching never touches.
What changes over time
Greater range of motion, easier recovery, and joints that move the way they are built to. Everything else you do gets easier because of it.
Pairs well with
Sculpt Lower Body and Sculpt Define.
A word from the instructor
The tightness you carry took years to build. Give this class a few weeks before you decide what it does for you.
